Meehhehee.... I have such a lovely roommate. She randomly brought back an egg tart for me after gong to SaiKung. It was a Po Tat, or Portuguese Egg tart. These are so good. They're definitely better than the regular egg tarts. The difference besides the taste, is that Po Tats are speckled with brown spots and they don't have the smoothest looking top. Since I love egg tarts (they're my favorite dim sum dish), I was so happy to get this. The crust was so flaky and buttery and the egg filling was the perfect sweetness. ERmmaaagawddd XD
I am going to make it my personal mission to try as many egg tarts from as many places as I possibly can while I'm in Hong Kong.
