Afterwards we walked around planning to get dessert. We were originally going to go to a famous waffle dessert place but since I was short on time, we decided to get icecream instead. This icecream was unique in that it was made with liquid nitrogen right in front of you. The flavors are so exotic as well. I got the raspberry rose lychee. And what they do is, take the rasperry, rose and lychee and mix it in a milk base. Then they put it in a blender while pouring in liquid nitrogen. While the machine mixes, the milk is turned into icecream right in front of you. Plus they also have a pretty insane menu sign haha. We were curious about the flavors so we each decided to get a different flavor. Since I like the rose, I got the first choice. It was sweet and really did taste like all three flavors. JW got the Salted Caramel which was too salty for my tastes. Holy got the Mint Choc
chip. It was mint chocolate chip icecream with chocolate fudge poured on top of it. Between the 3 of us, we got 3 different flavors all with 3 different tastes: sweet, salty and bitter. It's kind of like us, uniquely different in personality but at the same time amazing anyway. The icecream was good but the price not so much. It was good as a specialty icecream but it wasn't that special in flavor. It was too bad that I was rushed on time. Otherwise we would have tried more dessert places there. But seriously this place is foodie heaven: Tin Hau, remember that. I am definitely going again.
So after getting all that delicious food, I had to rush back for dance practice. I was late so I ran all the way back from the mtr station. I was sweating before I even began dancing. haha. The first practice was fun really fun though.
